Marine

KSE provides a broad offering of time-tested KING-GAGE instruments for tank level, draft monitoring and vessel management. These proven systems are ideal for level monitoring of ballast water, fuel oil, fresh water, lube oil, brine, preload and holding, and they can interface with other ships systems using MODBUS and other common communication protocols.

KING-GAGE systems & controllers provide real-time measurement of level in service or ballast tanks and vessel draft, and indicate tank levels for ballast water, fuel oil, potable water and/or draft measurement. Tank level purge control transmitters provide an advanced hybrid design of proven hydrostatic (or bubbler) technology, and the LevelBAR Column Indicator delivers a bright multi-segment LED column to graphically display tank level or monitor vessel draft.

JUMP TO PRODUCT LINE:

738 Series Differential Pressure LiquiSealTM Purge Control Level Transmitter

Fully integrated air purge regulator that provides continuous level measurement. Integral differential pressure transmitter provides 4 mA to 20 mA output proportional to liquid level. Utilizing a reliable, proven sensing technique, this transmitter serves as a highly refined version of the basic bubbler air control.  All LiquiSeal™ purge controls feature an internal isolation diaphragm.

Level Transmitters

KING-GAGE offers a variety of time-tested level transmitters and purge controls, including electronic, electromechanical and mechanical models with differential pressure and sanitary options.

Process Indicators

KING-GAGE offers a wide variety of electronic process indicators, column indicators and bubbler gauges which provide measurement of level in service like ballast tanks and vessel draft.

KING-GAGE electronic indicators provide continuous measurement of liquid inventory in storage or processing tanks. Calculating level based on hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth, the system measures total product mass for more precise material accounting.

KING-GAGE mechanical indicators are precision manometric instruments designed for continuous display of liquid level in storage or processing tanks. A vertical column of indicating liquid within a glass tube rises in direct proportion to the pressure applied. This analog display is read against a custom-calibrated scale graduated in one or more units of depth, volume, or weight of tank contents.

Filters

Filters play a critical role in the compressed air process. Depending on the end use, strict purity standards require the removal of a variety of contaminants such as oil aerosols, vapors and particulates. Products include compressed air filters, compressed air dryers, sub-micron filters, and filter-dryer combinations.

Effective June 1, 2019, WIKA (Trend’s parent company and the manufacturer of Trend thermometers since 2007) no longer offers the Trend logo on their instruments. However, these thermometers (with the WIKA logo) are identical in every respect to the Trend logo units that WIKA has been manufacturing, and they continue to be manufactured in the same facility in the United States.
